Morrissy and Mythology Take Manhattan
English Professor, Dr. Jeana DelRosso and Assistant Professor of Art History, Dr. Alexandra Dodson took students from the Morrissy course “Mythology in Art and Literature” to New York City for a day of art and theatre. Students visited the Cloisters branch of the Metropolitan Museum of Art to see the special exhibition “Creatures of Myth and Imagination, along with the spectacular permanent collection. They then traveled downtown to see the Broadway musical “Hadestown.” It was a magical day! Huge thanks to Sister Sharon Slear and to Morrissy for making it happen!
