From lifelong learning through the Renaissance Institute—where adults over 50 explore new ideas for the joy of discovery—to leadership development opportunities through the Women’s Leadership Institute of Baltimore, NDMU fosters meaningful engagement.
Renaissance Institute
The Renaissance Institute is an active group of men and women over the age of 50 engaged in lifelong learning and intellectual growth.
Founded in 1989 by NDMU’s Sr. Kathleen Feeley, community members sign up to take Renaissance Institute courses for the pure pleasure of learning!
Women's Leadership Institute of Baltimore
Through innovative and responsive programming, the Women’s Leadership Institute of Baltimore (WLIB) at Notre Dame of Maryland University provides enriching opportunities for the greater Baltimore community while serving as an engaging resource for NDMU students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
M. Lee Rice Institute for Global Leadership
The M. Lee Rice Institute for Global Leadership will serve as the nexus of the University’s efforts to create stronger partnerships within the global community and expand opportunities for students to engage in international organizations.
The Institute will house NDMU’s United Nations Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) status initiatives
