Individual Counseling

The Counseling Center offers free, confidential individual counseling to all currently enrolled Notre Dame of Maryland University students. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, grief, academic challenges, or simply feeling stuck, our counselors are here to support you.
Counseling is a collaborative process that provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your concerns, develop coping skills, and work toward your personal and academic goals. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may be short-term or ongoing, depending on your situation.
