Librarian of Congress Carla Hayden to speak at Notre Dame Maryland commencement

Dr. Carla Hayden, the first Black woman to be named Librarian of Congress, will address nearly 500 Notre Dame of Maryland University graduates at the 2024 Commencement and receive an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Notre Dame.
