“Michtta was selected for the Senior Commissioned Officer Student Training and Extern Program (SRCOSTEP) by the U.S. Public Health Service. As one of nine trainees from across the country, Michtta will be commissioned as an Ensign while she completes her Doctor of Pharmacy. Upon graduation, she will be a commissioned officer assigned to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.”
