BALTIMORE, Md. – Notre Dame of Maryland University celebrates 130 years in Baltimore as a premier higher education institution dedicated to educating leaders to transform the world. In 1895, the School Sisters of Notre Dame established NDMU as the first Catholic college in the United States to award women the four-year degree. There are multiple opportunities for the NDMU community to come together and reflect on the University’s rich 130-year legacy during this milestone anniversary year:
