Biography
Marianne Gernetzke serves as a Mentor Coach and Assessor in the Health and Wellness Coaching Program at Notre Dame of Maryland University’s School of Integrative Health. She holds the Master Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation, ICF’s highest coaching credential, and is also a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
Marianne has more than two decades of experience as an occupational therapist, with a background in pediatric/family practice in educational and intensive mental health day treatment settings. Her occupational therapy background informs her coaching and teaching in clinical contexts, behavior change, human development, neurodiversity, trauma-informed care, and whole-person wellbeing.
Marianne is actively engaged in the ICF coach education community as a mentor coach and assessor. Her coaching experience spans both clinical and corporate settings. Her areas of professional coaching interest include deep reflective practices, coaching neurodiverse individuals, personal and organizational resilience, leadership, spirituality as a dimension of whole-person wellbeing, and work-life balance.
