NDMU students, faculty, and staff members gathered in Doyle Hall on Friday, December 1 for the University's annual Christmas Dinner! Activities included decorating the dining hall's Christmas tree with ornaments designed by clubs and departments across campus, a communal dinner served by faculty and staff, and the lighting of Caroline Hall’s Merrick Tower.

NDMU's graduate nursing and education programs were featured among the nation’s best in Money.com’s inaugural Best Graduate School Program rankings!
Notre Dame was the only Maryland university to be included in the Best Nursing Master’s Programs for Your Money rankings, and NDMU's education master's programs were one of only 21 across the United States to receive a grade of 4.5 stars or higher on Money's 5-star grading scale.
First-year students gathered in Doyle Hall last Wednesday to celebrate the completion of their first 100 days at NDMU. The evening began with free food and drinks in Doyle Formal before moving downstairs for a variety of games and raffle prizes in Gator Alley.
NDMU has joined a statewide effort to expand service and volunteerism as a host site for two members of the inaugural Maryland Corps, a first-of-its-kind service pathway for people of all ages through the Maryland Department of Service and Civic Innovation.
Agyasi Downs and Kimberly Heywood will serve for nine months at Notre Dame supporting the University’s signature outreach initiative, the York Road Education & Service (YES) program.
Thanks to all who attended Student Life's Cultural Day of Celebration in LeClerc Hall on Thursday, November 30! Individuals and student organizations represented their respective cultures through food, clothing, and other customs at information booths in LeClerc Lobby. A fashion show with the theme “What Empowers You” followed immediately afterwards in LeClerc Theatre.

Fourth-year pharmacy students Marielie Carrasquillo Rivera and Edgardo Rodriguez traveled to California last week to represent Notre Dame at the 2023 American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Midyear Meeting! While there, they presented research conducted earlier this year with Dr. Sharon Park, Professor and Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs in the School of Pharmacy.
Faculty members Dr. Ahmed Eid, Dr. Ghania Naeem, and Dr. Sheena Mathew also represented NDMU at the conference, which took place from December 3-7 in Anaheim.
Student leaders and Pharmacy Leadership Society members traveled to the Baltimore Convention Center on Wednesday, November 22 to help provide a Thanksgiving dinner to local community residents. They were part of a group of approximately 300 volunteers at Goodwill's 66th annual Thanksgiving Dinner and Resource Fair, which served over 2,000 Baltimore-area residents who have barriers to employment or other special needs.
