To ring in the holiday season, students, faculty, and staff will join together for Notre Dame’s Annual Christmas Celebrations!

We will first gather as a community for the Tree Trim, decorating a tree with creative, handmade or purchased ornaments. Afterwards we will sit down together to enjoy our Annual Christmas Dinner, where students receive small tokens of appreciation and are treated to a special dinner served by faculty and staff volunteers. There will be traditional singing of favorite Christmas carols. The evening will conclude with a carol outside to celebrate the lighting of Caroline Hall’s Merrick Tower.

Questions? Email the Office of Student Engagement & Community Programs: StudentEngagement@ndm.edu.

Join the English Department for a screening of The Hunger Games! Hot apple cider and fresh cookies will be available.

In today’s world, science and religious faith often seem to be at odds with each other: either one is a scientist, or one is a believer.  Must it be that way? Is that really the whole story? Join the Religious Studies department and the Morrissy Honors Program for a discussion with guest speaker Dr. Pat Fosarelli '73 M.D., D.Min.

A representative from the Difference Card will be present to answer questions from staff and faculty members.

Home Away from Home: Puerto Rican Students Excelling in NDMU’s School of Pharmacy

BALTIMORE – There are approximately 1,500 miles between Puerto Rico and Notre Dame of Maryland University’s campus. Despite that distance, however, Puerto Ricans currently make up 15 to 20 percent of the current student population in NDMU’s School of Pharmacy, as personalized outreach from faculty and staff helped form a connection with the small Caribbean island which continues to grow stronger by the year.

All students residing in Doyle Hall are invited to have pizza with NDMU President Dr. Marylou Yam.

Start Halloween night with some smoky pumpkins followed by a series of fascinating and amazing chemistry experiments!
