Case Management is a unit within the Division of Student Life. We understand that a student’s success in college is impacted by more than just completing assignments and taking tests. Our team provides case management and connection to campus and community resources, tailored to promote student wellbeing and academic success. Case Management can support students with problem-solving options when they are experiencing barriers to success, supporting them through extenuating circumstances, and basic needs.

Our commitment to helping students is driven by our guiding principles:

  • Provide student-centered support
  • Promote student self-determination
  • Approach support through a developmental lens
  • Address barriers impeding student success

Make an Appointment

If a student needs support, they can make an appointment to meet with the case manager for further support.

The Office of the Dean of Students strives to help students in their journey to reach their full potential inside and outside the classroom. We work with students and provide them with direction as they transition and navigate the university community and systems. We advocate for students individually and systemically.

I hope you will consider us your place to turn when you need any of our services. Even if you are unsure of where to go for assistance, please reach out to us (studentlife@ndm.edu, 410-532-5488) and we will help identify resources for you.

To ring in the holiday season, students, faculty, and staff will join together for Notre Dame’s Annual Christmas Celebrations!

We will first gather as a community for the Tree Trim, decorating a tree with creative, handmade or purchased ornaments. Afterwards we will sit down together to enjoy our Annual Christmas Dinner, where students receive small tokens of appreciation and are treated to a special dinner served by faculty and staff volunteers. There will be traditional singing of favorite Christmas carols. The evening will conclude with a carol outside to celebrate the lighting of Caroline Hall’s Merrick Tower.

In today’s world, science and religious faith often seem to be at odds with each other: either one is a scientist, or one is a believer.  Must it be that way? Is that really the whole story? Join the Religious Studies department and the Morrissy Honors Program for a discussion with guest speaker Dr. Pat Fosarelli '73 M.D., D.Min.

A representative from the Difference Card will be present to answer questions from staff and faculty members.
