We believe teaching is both a vocation and a career. With equal emphasis on professional training and cultivating a sense of social responsibility, a degree from NDMU tells the world that you are committed to creating and inspiring future leaders.

Teaching Programs for All Stages

For more than a century, we’ve provided innovative, relevant education to tomorrow’s teachers. The School of Education emphasizes both knowledge and learning, with undergraduate and graduate degrees and certificates, accelerated programs, and more programs than other Maryland institutions in teacher-shortage fields such as STEM and special education.
