First Impressions teaches Women’s College students valuable skills for navigating the professional sphere through interactive workshops and learning opportunities.

Provides Freshman and Sophomore Women's College students with an opportunity to explore their leadership style, the qualities of effective leaders, and what it means to be a fearless and faithful leader at Notre Dame. The program includes the competition of a course in teamwork and an opportunity to mentor new Notre Dame Students.

Leadership in Action Program

Offers undergraduate and graduate students a unique opportunity to lead a project in their workplace, communities, sports team, or campus organization while being supported by trained volunteer coaches.

Leadership Institute

Faculty members provide leadership development training to executives and managers at local area nonprofit organizations. The leadership development training is in the form of credit and non-credit beating courses. Previous clients include: Kennedy Krieger Institute and Catholic Charities of Baltimore.

Business And Economics Society

The Business and Economics Society (BES) is a student-led organization that brings together students, of all majors, with interests and aspirations in business. BES involves its members in creating, planning, budgeting, promoting, and executing fun and educational events on and off campus, helping students make the connections between classroom learning and practical application of theoretical concepts.
