On-campus housing is available for full-time graduate and undergraduate students. All full time undergraduate students are required to reside on campus in the residence halls during their freshmen and sophomore years or as specified in their financial aid award letter.
Residence halls are equipped with lounges, kitchenettes, laundry facilities, cable television and internet access.
Students requesting accessible housing or accommodations based on documented disability or medical condition must apply through the Office of Accessibility and Health Promotion in Theresa Hall 009. The housing accommodation application along with appropriate documentation must be submitted to the Director of Accessibility and Health Promotion who works in collaboration with the Director of Housing and Residence Life. Students are encouraged to apply for accommodations as early as possible.

A student may submit a housing exemption request to the on campus residence requirement for the reasons below:

Non-medical waiver requests (a, b, d) and documentation sufficient to support the request may be submitted to the Director of Housing and Residence Life at residencelife@ndm.edu.
Medical waiver requests (c) and medical documentation sufficient to support the request may be submitted to the Director of Accessibility and Health Promotion at accessibility@ndm.edu.
Approved waivers may be accompanied by a reduction in a student’s institutional financial aid award due to a change to commuter status. Students are encouraged to contact the Office of Financial Aid at finaid@ndm.edu prior to submitting a waiver request to determine their revised financial aid package.
