Employers use video interviewing as a screening tool to help determine whether candidates can communicate effectively, present themselves professionally and answer interview questions with confidence. Some even score you on your eye contact! A Career Coach will offer tips and best practices for virtual/video interviews, including actual StandOut practice questions and interviews where candidates record their answers to computer-generated questions.
