U.S. Contact Person (in case of an emergency)
Living on campus requires a housing deposit at least one month before arrival and proof of a negative TB (Tuberculosis) test. Please see current housing rates.
University policy requires that all students participating in classes or activities on campus are required to show proof of health insurance. If you do not have health insurance, you must purchase the plan offered by the University. See current rates.
Note: All full-time students must have health insurance while they study at the ELI. If you select "No," leave this question blank, or do not provide proof of insurance at orientation, you will be enrolled in and billed for the ELI insurance.
