WLIB was founded to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of outstanding women in the Baltimore Region and beyond. Through curated workshops for leadership development and convening discussions with women and men on issues of gender equality, WLIB offers programming pertinent to the advancement of women and meaning to inspire action and connection.
