Ticket Information

All graduating students are eligible to receive six guest tickets for the Commencement Ceremony on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at the Baltimore Convention Center. All guests, regardless of age, will require a ticket. Graduates do not need a ticket.  

Starting today, graduates can use the link below to request their electronic guest tickets. Six tickets per graduate will be available in this first round -  April 2 through April 23. 

The second round of availability will be April 23 through May 16. In the second round, students can redeem additional guest tickets (based upon availability).  On May 17, guest tickets will be closed.

Graduates are required to use their NDMU email address to redeem their guest tickets. Tickets will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

To access the event page and the tickets, enter the following information when prompted: 

  • Password: NDMU25
  • Access Code: Gators25

Please do not share this information with anyone else. When reserving tickets you will have the opportunity to add in your guests’ names and email addresses. You can send multiple tickets to the same email, or each to an individual email address. You are also able to send them to yourself. All tickets are also able to be printed. You can change the names and emails of your guests until the day of graduation. Business Office Balance

Students with an account balance due to Notre Dame of Maryland University will not be able to participate in the Commencement ceremony.  Please review your student account on a regular basis and coordinate with the Business Office as needed.

Venue Information

The 2024 Commencement will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at the Baltimore Convention Center.

Vendors

The NDMU Gift Shop will remain open during commencement week events.

Personal Belongings

Graduates should refrain from bringing personal belongings (purses, cell phones or other electronic devices) to commencement. There is no secure location to store these items, and they should not be carried into the ceremony.

Neither the University nor the venue will be responsible for lost personal items.

Check-In

Graduates should plan to arrive at the Baltimore Convention Center by 9:00 a.m. on Level 4 at the check-in desk.

Graduates do not receive a ticket, and will receive a card listing your name as it appears on your diploma and Latin Honors (if applicable). DO NOT LOSE THIS CARD. 

When you walk to the stage, hand your card to the reader before your name is announced. Please do not add or erase any notations on the card.

Procession will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m., and the ceremony will conclude around 1:30 p.m.
