An Internship that Turned into a Job

Alum, NDMU Class of 2017 Teaching (MAT in 10 Months)

I feel fortunate to now be teaching at the same school where I interned. The cohort experience provides an invaluable, built-in support-system of faculty and classmates. The structure of the GEI program met all of my expectations and I graduated feeling confident and well-prepared to begin my career in teaching.

Emily now teaches Special Education (Inclusion) for 2nd through 4th grade at the school where she completed her internship, Landsdowne Elementary in Baltimore County.

Exactly What I Wanted

Alum, NDMU Class of 2018 Teaching (MAT in 10 Months)
