Overall, I feel extremely prepared to be a full time teacher next year. The program is exactly what I wanted: fast paced, a lot of time in the classroom, and rigorous classes. Getting a masters in 10 months can be difficult, but worth the stress!

The GEI program structures the courses and student teaching in a way that allowed me to see the ideas and theories from my coursework put into action in the classrooms at my placement schools. The convenience of this program helps one gain a professional presence to lead a classroom as well as practice teaching in real classrooms in an internship that is longer than most programs.
