Two main types of information are collected from visitors to NDMU websites. The first is information that visitors voluntarily supply by various methods such as submitting it into a form on a web page, or by uploading, mailing, or emailing documents to the University or its agents.

• time and day of the visit 

Various NDMU websites are hosted by the University and by third parties on the University's behalf. Some of these sites may have their own privacy policies. NDMU websites may also contain links to non-NDMU websites. Notre Dame of Maryland University has no control over and cannot be held responsible for data collected by other websites or how it is used. 

Release of Information 

Notre Dame of Maryland University does not sell, trade, or rent your personally-identifiable information. We may release your information when required or allowed to do so by federal, state, or local regulations.

Photography/Videography

Attendance at or participation in classes or other campus and University activities constitutes an agreement by the attendee to the University’s use and distribution (both now or in the future) of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, or audiotapes of such classes or other campus or University activities.

User Data / SMS Opt-Out
