Your personal URL is your one-stop-shop for completing the enrollment process at NDMU. Select the appropriate URL below and add your first name and last name to access all checklists and forms:

Through your personal URL, you'll be able to:
- Submit your enrollment decision form and pay your deposit.
- Accept your scholarship award.
- Apply for campus housing.
- Sign up for Registration Days.
- Access new student documents such as immunization forms and accommodation requests.
June
- Immunizations: Schedule a doctor's appointment and create a Med+Proctor account to download your immunization form.

- Housing: Fill out the Housing Application by July 15 to live on campus. All full time undergraduate students are required to live in the campus residence halls during their freshmen and sophomore years or as specified in their financial aid award letter, with a few exceptions. Start looking at move-in information, including the suggested packing list.
- Living-Learning Communities: Explore opportunities and complete an application to be part of an LLC after submitting your housing application.
- Health Insurance: Enroll or waive student health insurance before the deadline listed for the semester.
July
- Transcripts: Submit your final high school transcripts to NDMU.
- Payment: Pay your student bill or enroll in a payment plan.
- Immunizations: Upload your completed immunization form to Med+Proctor by July 31.

August
- Books: Order your textbooks.
- Training: Complete online training for Sexual Violence Awareness prior to the first day of classes.
- Immunizations: Provide documentation for your COVID-19 Vaccination or medical/religious exemption to NDMU by August 2.
