- Learn about leadership styles, including their own
- Discover qualities of effective leadership
- Define what it means to be a fearless and faithful leader at NDMU and beyond through participation in various teambuilding and leadership activities and coursework

This is a collaborative effort between the University's Business Department, Housing and Residence Life, and Student Engagement and Community Programs.
The community is housed on the second floor of Meletia Hall in suite-style rooms. Incoming, first-year students are eligible to apply.
Additionally, there is an opportunity for rising sophomore Women's College students to apply to become Emerging Leaders LLC Mentors through a collaborative Leadership in Action workshop provided the fall semester.
