NDMU encourages all students to take the NDMU Together pledge to show your commitment to keeping our campus community healthy and safe.
NDMU is requiring two types of testing to help protect our campus community:
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have a known exposure, please complete the daily symptom checker and follow the guidance provided by our contact tracing team. If you recently participated in a large gathering/event but do not have any symptoms, it’s best to wait 5–7 days after the event (median incubation time for the virus) before getting tested.
Please be mindful that you will need to walk, drive yourself in a private car, or arrange private transport to your COVID test. Do not use public transportation. We recommend using the Yellow Cab Company as they have a protocol in place for transportation to testing centers.
Note: You need to text “COVID TESTING” to notify the driver.
If you arrive to campus and forget a mask, you can call public safety: 410-435-0100. They will bring a mask to you before you enter a building.
Masks are also available for purchase in the Document Center:
Gibbons Hall, Lower Level
Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
Information about the Coronavirus Vaccine is posted in the NDMU Together Student Guide as it becomes available. It is important that we continue to follow all NDMU, State and local health and safety protocols before and after vaccination.
