You may only request a copy of your Notre Dame transcript. Transcripts from other institutions, although part of your permanent Notre Dame record, must be obtained from the previous school attended.
All transcript requests must be made online; requests are no longer processed in the Registrar’s Office. Create an account through Parchment Exchange, where you’ll be guided through the transcript process. Be sure to save your login information for future requests.
Students who studied at the English Language Institute can request copies of their Final Grade Reports by emailing eli@ndm.edu. Please include in your email your complete name and the dates you studied in the program. Allow one week for processing your request.
Electronic transcripts are considered as official as long as the document has not been altered. Be sure to confirm with your receipt that they accept this format before ordering. This process can take at least 72 hours depending on the time that your order was placed through the Parchment system.
