The Women's Leadership Institute of Baltimore (WLIB) at NDMU will be hosting its first of three speed mentoring sessions for first-year students in fall 2024. The first 8 students to sign up for Sept. 26 will be entered to participate.

Gators Connect is women-centered but welcomes all genders. First-year students will be paired with 8 different upper-class mentors for 8 minutes each. During this time, students will have the chance to ask upper-class students questions, learn more about how best to navigate your university experience, and hopefully connect with someone they want to continue talking to after the event!
