Title: Admissions Counselor
Education: BA in English and a BA in Media & Communications, Muhlenberg College; Pursuing an EdM in Education Policy, Organization, and Leadership, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
Hometown: Hershey, Pennsylvania
Upon graduating from Muhlenberg in 2015, I moved to Seoul, South Korea where I taught English for four years and began pursuing a master's degree. Although I love and miss Korea, I knew when it was time to return home that the community at Notre Dame was the perfect fit for me.
I now live in Baltimore with my rescue cat, Macchiato, where I love to read and watch scary movies. Whenever possible I also love to travel, go hiking, and even scuba diving!
I am passionate about helping students and am thankful to be in a position that allows me to do so while being surrounded by supportive women.
I love the diversity that NDMU offers, both in student population and in location. The campus, although located in a more residential part of the city, is minutes from downtown Baltimore and other nearby universities, so there are always opportunities for things to do.
I also love the supportive environment that a small, women’s college like NDMU provides, as well as their passion for social responsibility in education.
I love finding new restaurants in the city – and there are a lot! I also love all the outdoor festivals and activities near the harbor and in parks around the city.
