All graduating students are required to wear University-approved regalia.

Event Attire

  • Commencement Liturgy (May 19th): Cap and gown
  • Commencement Ceremony (May 20th): Cap, gown and hood (All graduating students will be hooded as part of the ceremony.)

Note: Stoles are not permissible per University policy with the exception of Morrissy Honors. Honor cords are permitted.

Academic dress will be available for purchase in the University's bookstore, located in the lower level of Gibbons Hall, from May 1st through May 19th, 2018 as well as online (more information below) and at the Commencement Fair on April 21, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Doyle Formal on the University's main campus.
